Our Work in Afghanistan

Global Partners has been engaging Afghanistan in relief and development work since 1993. GP Afghanistan currently has projects based out of the towns of Bamian, Chaghcharan, Faizabad, Herat, Mazar-I-Sharif, Saripul, and Sheberghan. In addition, the national coordinating office is based in Kabul. The projects provide humanitarian aid and development, primarily focusing on the areas of education and health.

GP receives funding for its projects from a variety of sources, including other charitable organizations, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), United Nations agencies and departments, private companies, various Embassies and individual donors.
