About Global Partners

Global Partners (UK) is an international relief and development organisation based in the United Kingdom. Focused on the objectives of advancing education and relieving poverty, Global Partners seeks to improve the quality of life of people around the world.

Founded in 1991, Global Partners (GP) is registered as a non-profit charity in the United Kingdom. The company currently maintains branch offices and operations in countries in North Africa, Asia, and the Pacific Rim. Each office provides technical, human, and financial resources for development and education projects in its area of operations. GP receives funding for these projects from a variety of sources, including other charitable organisations and non-governmental organisations (NGOs), United Nations agencies and departments, private companies, various Embassies and individual donors.

Global Partners-Central Asia (GP-CA) is a regional field entity of Global Partners (UK) tasked with implementing various projects within the geographic area encompassing Central Asia. GP-CA is currently involved with humanitarian projects advancing education and relieving poverty in the following countries:

  1. Afghanistan
  2. Iran
  3. Pakistan
  4. Tajikistan
